Once we help you get the overall strategy in place through your advisory package, we need to maintain the overall strategy. These are the Maintenance Services.

We offer two levels of maintenance services to ensure your business remains compliant and operates smoothly. Our services are quoted on a monthly or quarterly basis and billed prior to the work being done.  Although all of our services are tailored to your specific situation, you could at least expect:

 

Minimum Service Level

 

Our minimum service level ensures your firm remains profitable while providing essential maintenance services. This level includes:

 

• Business tax return

• Personal tax return

• Tax return review

• Quarterly accounting check-in

• Annual tax meeting in the fall

 

Optimal Service Level

 

Our optimal service level is designed to provide the best service to our clients, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the year. This level includes:

 

• In addition to the Minimum Service Level, we also add:

• Monthly accounting

• Annual tax meeting in the fall and additional meetings as needed to help you keep you on track to reach your goals

• 1099s
